High School Running Team Takes Shelter Dogs Running

Exercising with dogs makes the training funnier, and having a furry companion while you exercise will make it less tiring. A bunch of adoptable dogs from the Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter had a great day with the Cross-Country Team from St. Joseph High School. The team thought it would be fun to invite them on their morning workout routine.
