Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Free from pet hair, dirt, odors, or signs of use
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used by a pet
  • Any item not in its original condition

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sodapup.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced merchandise is eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance, and final-sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@sodapup.com for return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the returned item once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

International Orders

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees associated with international orders are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on international returns.
