Shipping Locations

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Longmont, Colorado.

We ship throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally. Shipping rates and available service options vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more shipped within the continental United States.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and promotions have been applied and before taxes are added.

For orders that qualify for free shipping, we will select the most economical shipping method available based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The carrier may vary and could include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified delivery services.

If you prefer a different shipping service, you may select an alternative shipping method during checkout. Any additional shipping charges associated with upgraded shipping options will be the responsibility of the customer.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations do not qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with these orders.

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout. Please select your preferred shipping option before completing your purchase.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Transit Times

Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Transit times vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
