Surf's Up! Retro Van Durable Chew Toy & Treat Dispenser

  • $15.99

Peace out while your dog chews on this far out retro van.

DURABLE CHEW TOY: The Surf's Up Retro Van Treat Dispenser is designed to withstand the abuse of most "power chewer" dogs.

DISPENSES TREATS: Help your dog fight boredom by filling the Van with kibble, moist foods or other dog treats. The toothed opening helps retain treats, creating a greater challenge for your dog to get at the goodies inside.
SLOW FEEDER: If your dog is a "speed eater," serve your dog's meals inside this toy. It will slow down eating and keep your dog stimulated and entertained.
REDUCES PROBLEM BEHAVIORS: Reduces problem chewing, helps reduce boredom, and relieves separation anxiety.
MADE IN USA: Proudly keeping jobs in America! Designed and manufactured in the USA!
ANIMAL & PLANET FRIENDLY: Our natural rubber material is FDA compliant, non-toxic and recyclable.

                VETERINARIAN APPROVED: Veterinarian Approved!

DISHWASHER SAFE: Dishwasher safe and easy to clean!

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: We stand by our products and offer a 30 day guarantee. While no dog toy is indestructible, this toy has been tooth tested and holds up to the vast majority of dogs. Always supervise dog's play time and remove damaged toys.

                      SUPER CUTE Mystery Machine vibes

This van is the CUTEST stuffable toy for slow feeding or sticking a treat stick into. Definitely the cutest one I’ve ever seen! Only downside is that it’s not as durable as I thought/hoped. My puppy is about 15-20 pounds fully grown wiener mix and she’s a power chewed. When we first got her she has a regular sized kong and chewed the smallest nub off the end in a month or so, so I knew I needed to buy the kong extreme, although it’s super ugly and only comes in black. This is such a cute alternative, I just have to take it away when she’s finish eating so she can’t play/chew on it anymore since she’s already started to chew bits off each corner. I still use it for slow feeding when I can be home to take it away, but can’t leave home for it to be with her or it’ll be destroyed. Still a super cute toy and great purchase, just not for dogs who chew on everything! I’ll await the day when there’s an extreme rubber chew toy that’s cute and can functionally withstand a super chewed puppy! For reference we got the green van, which looks like a slightly different material than the pink. It’s matte in person whereas the pink looks like it has a sheen to it, so maybe the pink would withstand the chewing better. Thanks for making my Mystery Machine toy dreams come true, just next time make an extreme version!! 😆

Ha! We were definitely channeling some 60's and 70's surfer vans when we designed this one! We'll have to do a Scooby toy some day!

                      Cute and fun!

This is a cute, tough toy that is perfect for a slow feeder for smaller dogs or a chew/ treat dispensing toy for larger dogs. My mom's puppy loves it and my large dog loves flinging it around and jumping after it as it bounces. Definitely fun.

Hi Emily. We're so happy to hear that the toy is a success for you and your family's dogs!

BEST. TOY. EVER. FOR FILLING & FREEZING!

I'm a full time R+ professional dog trainer and I recommend ALL dogs eat at least part of the daily allotment of food from an interactive/enrichment/slow feeder. (I also try almost everything on the market that meets my standards- food safe, made in USA, etc.)

So far, we've given paws-up to all the SodaPup toys and lick mats we've tried, but this Retro Van is the absolute BEST I have ever found for stuffing and freezing. My dog eats raw lamb and gets all her meals, except when working frozen and she licks the meat out. This one keeps her busy for 45 minutes!!! A record by about 20 minutes more than any other toy! HUGE bonus that she can clean it out completely (which is not the case with all stuff able toys) so I am not left to try and soak or boil it before refilling.

We live in a shuttle bus converted to a tiny house so I am now the proud owner of about a dozen of these and I recommend them to 100% of my clients! Additionally, I can fit 4 of them standing on end with room to add a couple of medium sugar skulls in the largest Stasher Bag and I can get 2 of those Stasher Bags in our tiny freezer, so that's enough for 4+ days of food for Blossom. HOORAY for something that practical, cute, and beloved by my dog!

Thanks, SodaPup- this toy rocks our bus and makes for a very happy tiny living family! woof!woof! :)

Hi Lisa! Woohoo! So happy to hear the little bus is working for you and your pack!

                      Super cute, My fave one

I was so excited by this! I order several. It was a touch smaller than I anticipated but it is sturdy and cute and functional.

Hi Kim, Thank you for your review. We're so thrilled that you and your dogs love the new toy!

                      Retro green van

Awesome treat dispenser! Reminds me of the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo. My Roscoe loves playing with it & trying to get the treats out.

Hi Roscoe's Mom - thanks for the review. We're so glad that Roscoe loves the toy. You are right about the design. It is a 'mash-up' of the Mystery Machine and a VW microbus. We took little bits of inspiration from several different places to create something new yet familiar!
