The boxes are prepacked predominantly with size large durable RUBBER toys which are ideal for dogs 35-65 pounds however there are smaller toys as well, mostly medium which are ideal for dogs 15-35 pounds. I have 2 rescue dogs and I foster for several shelters so I can not tell you how happy I was to stumble upon this deal. I didn’t see one flaw in any of the toys I received in either this or the other batch of “seconds” I purchased of the e-mats. SodaPup also included several extras making this an even more incredible deal. We received a great variety of rubber toys in mostly large size but a few smaller ones and only a couple of duplicates. I first discovered SodaPup in a retail store and having purchased both retail version and these “seconds”, I honestly couldn’t tell you why they are considered seconds but I am very thankful they have this option.

I am a "Foster" for a local Service Dog for Veterans program, and I donate toys to local Rescues. I have ordered your first quality toys in the past and have thought about ordering the box of seconds for some time but was afraid the quality and selection would not be good. Well, I finally "bit the bullet" and ordered a box of rubber toy seconds. I was not disappointed. If I had to guess I would say that maybe the color wasn't up to normal standard, but other than that they were fine. The selection was great and there were even a couple extras in the box. I will definitely order again.
We ordered both enrichment and the rubber box. An additional charge from UPS was not expected and unfortunately made this more expensive than anticipated.
Hi Lisa, All of our products are produced in the USA and therefore should be duty free into Canada. We have documentation on file with UPS and Canadian customs so you should not have been charged any duties on the shipment.
